Believe it or not, oil does not wear out.  In fact, its lubricity improves with age.  It keeps engines, equipment and machinery running smoothly by picking up solid and liquid contaminants that can build up in a running engine, reducing its capacity to perform.

The traditional solution to oil contamination is to change the oil, but there is an alternative: Cleaning the oil.

Truly clean oil can be used indefinitely. This is where the Electro-Lube Refiner comes in.

Installed outside any internal combustion engine or mechanism (such as a hydraulic system), the bypass refiner continually processes and cleans oil. The external refiner is superior to traditional internal filters alone, screening out contaminant particles down to 1 micron in size. (Typical original-equipment filters remove particles down to 30 or 40 microns in size. Contaminant particles smaller than 30 microns cause about 60% of engine wear.)

Material and labor costs are virtually eliminated because:

• When impurities are filtered out, oil never needs changing.

• Water contamination  in oil causes major engine damage. Water cannot be filtered out, but The Electro-Lube Refiner keeps water content below 0.05%.

Test results and operating records validate The Electro-Lube Refiner’s effectiveness. Also, major engine manufacturers have stated that while they make no claims for after-market installations, a correctly installed Electro-Lube by-pass refiner system will not affect their new engine warranties.
